As I am looking forward to breakfast in bed with a (slight) hangover on New Years Day I guess the kitties can have breakfast in bed too.

This cute breakfast of eggs and bacon will be a huge hit with cats whether they like catnip or not as the large eggs (almost 5inches in diameter) are great for flinging across the room and the bacon is great for those bunny kicking kitties.

And of course, being on etsy, it is homemade so much love and care has gone in to them, from the yolks being puffed up with catnip to the crinkle sound of the crispy bacon.

Best of all?  The shipping costs to Canada are the same as for the US (gotta hate being ripped off by shipping costs)

There is also an upcycled suitcase that I am sure the cats will love, but at $80 I will make my own.  What is it about cats and suitcases?

While the name made me a little wary at first (one of those, is it real or not moments), PetMens.ca is a great resource for all your pet supplies, stocking Da Bird and the CatSitter DVD to a dog bowl that chatters away to your pet while you are out to make them feel less stressed.  Its best feature, however, is that they stock refills for many of the toys that it is near impossible to buy refills for in Canada, saving potential duty costs when having them shipped from the US.

They do not have the best selection, but all of the products are tried and tested favourites and its great to have a nearby supplie, and if you dont want to buy online, call to order by phone or they will tell you which stores near you stock their products!
