There are many manufacturers of cat wheels, but very few are Canadian and with the shipping costs being very high due to their weight, buying from the US often works out very expensive.

Bundas Cat Wheels are made in Mount Forest, Ontario and cost under $300 plus shipping.

They are small enough to use indoors while being large enough for a regular sized cat to really play in it (my cat is 10lbs as an young adult and has lots of space still).  They have a carpeted track that allows good traction when running and are coated twice to minimise any damage to the wood.
